Breathe a prayer of gratitude, linger.

Hi Cherie,
the snow, trees, exactly like here more or less.
Sounds like you definitely need a little time out.
My thoughts are with you.
Wow, coincidence? Having had a morning beset with earthly problems Wednesday, I did much the same in a place that looks much the same. Very healing indeed:)
Sean, a little time out is right. Nature is gentle therapy, that's for sure. Thanks for your kind words
Mike, coincidence maybe. Maybe it's great minds thinking alike. ;D Yes, very healing indeed.
I'm glad the three of us have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in beauty such as we do. Can't imagine life without it.
Thanks for sharing your downs and ups and immersions. We received some unexpected income this past week, and it helped with challenges, some similar to yours. A Christmas miracle?
I wanted to go shake those dang bureaucrats after reading your last post. If you're planning to march down and give them a good talking to anytime soon, let me know and I'll come. :o)
You're welcome, Deanna. Maybe a Christmas Miracle, maybe God providing as he always does - one way or another.
I sure will give you a call if I get my dander up and find my feet itching for a march! Thanks for the solidarity!
I'm wishing for a big fat sound-deadening snowfall for you to revel in!
Tshs - that would be PERFECT!
Oh, this was familiar. We are on a constant teeter-totter here of shifting perspectives as we anticipate leaving and yet anticipate a new start...and all smack dab in the midst of Christmas.
I've been there Marianne. Trust me, you'll make it. It's hard, but you'll make it. And you'll have good memories, too. And memories that are kinda hard, but they help you empathize later on, when a woman half your age goes through the same thing one day. You can assure her that she'll make it. ;)
I've been thinking of all of you as you pack and clean and say good-bye.
And smack dab in the middle of Christmas!
Your contrast here is effective Cherie. Kind of a turn that frown upside down feeling but with more heart. I wish I was with you walking on that path. So much to share and what a serene place to do it in. You are good for me! (I must confess that sometimes I come here just for the photos but then your writing pulls me in. I enjoy your writing style. As a photog, you have a magnificent eye.)
Thanks, Annie! I enjoy the photos, too. ;D
You are so nice! I know a walk with you would do me good.
