WC, it's from Britain's Got Talent, and do they ever! This little girl won the million dollars. She's six! I saw America's Got Talent last night, too, and you are right - pew.
You are welcome, my dear Friend. I got goosebumps when I saw it, too, and cried and cried. Then, after I read your post, I remembered it, watched it, and cried anew, for all different reasons.
Thank you, to Osodelsol for putting the first video of little Connie Talbot on your blog for me to see in the first place. A real tear jerker......and why? Because the little girl sang so sweetly, so purely, because the song is so melancholy? Don't know. Just cried.
what a great tribute, cherie You had me crying too for Pam and Nana and Susie... something about having a child sing just makes it that much more powerful.
Britain Has Talent, eh? Why am I not surprised?! She was wonderful - you're right, so pure...Unlike a lot of singers who would have oversung that one...Good for her. I hope she goes far.
My sympathies to Pam and everyone who loved Nana. And a little child shall lead them. I cried too. Cherie it is obvious that your friendship with Pam is special. She is blessed to know you. God bless you both.

So cute! Is that from America's Got Talent? If so, that's probably one of the best I've seen. I watched it last night, appalled.
Thank you, Dear Friend.
Goosebumps and more tears...
Love you too.

Tears are cleansing
Miss you.
Are your folks going out to see you soon?

Thanks, Allie. How perfect, huh, a little girl about Susie's age, singing her favorite song, and perfectly.
I still cry when I see and hear it.
Glad it touched you, too.
WC - I think that's why it gets to me, because she doesn't oversing it. I hope she goes far, too.

Thank you, Annie. I am blessed to know, Pam, too. I like the reminder, 'And a little child shall lead them.'
Enjoy the day!
What a talented little munchkin! I hope her parents don't exploit her talent.
I would've been interested in hearing the judge's comments.
Dearest Cherie, What could be more lovely? Bless you, Thank you, Love you, from Susie's sister , Pam's Mom, and Nana's daughter...
You are so welcome, Lizza. You and yours are in our thoughts and prayers.
The judges loved her, tshs. Simon said she was pitch perfect, Amanda cried, and Piers was overwhelmed with how great she sang for her age.
That's the first time I've seen Simon near tears. ;)
I know. Guess it took a sweet little girl to expose it to us...... :-)
You're more than welcome. And, yes, I'm not quite sure what is so affecting about it either, but I misted up too. :)
oh so cute...
Thanks, Osodelsol and Leisel!
