WC: Tom wants me to roast up another turkey as we didn't have as many leftovers left over as he'd like! That's the downside of so many guests - perhaps the only downside. Yes, so much one can do with turkey!
Mike: I'm thinking a rotisseried pork loin with rosemary and garlic for Christmas. What d'ya think?
Oh, the things you can do with leftover turkey! That's pretty fun to contemplate in my books.
