Yup, it's a RULE! ;) That's the only way we survived before we got AC. Our lake rarely warms up past 50F. Sitting on the bottom, up to our necks, for an hour or so, was a great coping mechanism for triple digit temps. ENJOY!
That looks SO VERY refreshing!! We have been wrapped up (joyfully but VERY warmly) in my niece's wedding all weekend. I would have loved to jump in a lake NUMEROUS times this weekend! :-)

If it wasn't so cold here I'd love to be there, but... no. I think I'll skip the lake for now. :)

ReplyDeleteRight you are. Only one of us dipped into a lake this week, but he sure enjoyed it. Looks like you had fun, too.
ReplyDeleteThose pictures make that lake look so perfect! I can't believe this season is almost over already. Have a great day Cherie!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! It really did the trick - cooled us right off. Hope you are all having a terrific summer - and a nice winter for you Cecily!
ReplyDeleteI heartily agree with Sandy. You tantalize us Cherie with lovely nature photos.
